Because of the nature of these services, refunds are limited once work has commenced.

2. Advance Payments

• All projects require an advance payment before work begins.

• Once work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.

This is because resources, time, and planning are allocated immediately upon project confirmation.

3. Monthly Retainer Services (SEO / Ads / Social Media)

• Retainer fees are payable in advance.

• No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once services have started.

• Clients may cancel future months by providing written notice before the next billing date.

4. Project-Based Services

For fixed-cost projects:

• If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs.

• If cancellation occurs after work has started, refund will be calculated based on the amount of work completed.

• If the project is near completion, no refund will be provided.

5. Advertising Spend

Any budget allocated toward third-party platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is non-refundable, as it is paid directly to those platforms.

We are not responsible for refunds of ad spend.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing performance depends on multiple external factors (competition, market demand, algorithm updates, etc.).

We do not guarantee:

• Specific rankings

• Specific lead numbers

• Specific revenue outcomes

Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations alone.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

8. Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
